CMT played a key role in the development of a large-scale retirement village and aged care facility.
This multi-stage project encompassed 100 independent villas and a 100-bed aged care center. Their expertise included detailed civil design, ensuring proper infrastructure, and building hydraulic design to meet the specific needs of the residents.
Additionally, CMT designed the external road network for seamless access and reviewed Joint Venture (JV) contracts to safeguard project interests.
